Devices in Rules "Unknown"
Not a Problem
Is anyone else having this issue? When I open my existing rules, everything tied to a device is listed as "Unknown". My rules seem to be functioning normally, oddly enough.

Dear Nathan,
This difficulty can cause a two things. First is removing a device from the controller and the other is resetting the device to factory default settings. In both cases, the Rule creator will replace their place with the Unknown puzzle.
Please try to check this device and reattach him to your rules once again.

I haven't added or removed any device, or even logged into my.zipato.com in months. I only logged in because I wanted to help someone with their Key Fob issue on the forum and was going to grab a screenshot of how mine was set.
So the long and short is that nothing as changed in months.

I had the same problem with all my rules earlier today, but now everything works fine again. Did you find the cause of this?

It has happened to me also but I think the problem is not on the box, but in the UI, I noticed a couple times when I was logging in on a slow network that my rules would show up like that, if I refreshed the view I would get my rules to show up normally.

I think exactly the same happened to me today. And guess the service issue yesterday has caused the reboots a couple of us experienced.

My problem is even worse, all my rules have disappeared and all my devices as well (in the rules creator). Furthermore the I see in the upper tab the UPGRADE option available even if I already went PRO some months ago.
If I log in with a member account (another member created for Zipato with admin privileges), my rules and devices are available again, but my Zipatile remains not PRO.
Any suggestions? Already asked support and they told me that this ticket will be sent to development team. It's been 2 days now.

It happened to me recently with one rule. I nearly had a heart attack. Refreshing the page solved it, though.
