Different Scheduler times???

Hi All,

I am pretty new to Zipato.

I can trying to create a simple swtich - on at Sunset, of at Sunrise. I have created a Virtual switch called Night.

I am now trying to set up two Rules - one to turn On the switch at Sunset, and one to turn Off the switch at Sunrise. I am using Scheduler with Astro in the rules to determine Sunrise and Sunset.

The trouble is, I can't set up two Schedulers. I am using them in different rules, but when I set one to Sunrise, the one in the other rule also changes to Sunrise. Similarly, if I set one to Sunset, the one in the other rule also changes to Sunset.

How can I set up more than one Scheduler time?

It must be something I am missing, but it has me stumped...

Don't worry about it.

I deleted one of the rules and rewrote it, and now the Scheduler configurations can be made different.

Not sure why, but problem solved......

Only one schedules should be used in one puzzle and you should always use brand new schedulers for each rule, never copy the scheduler over from an existing rule (unless you are a pro and know what you are doing). best is to remove oen of the schedulers and add from the right a new scheduler with new name and astro setting.

I suspect I must have copied a Scheduler - probably seemed a good idea at the time.
