does anyone have issues with a zipatile going offline and not being able to get it back online?
Known
i have had this happen to our work zipatile, and now a clients also. Does anyone know of a fix?
Zipato support checked it out last time and fixed a clients, but no information on how or why this happened, let alone how to fix it. And this is what we really need. Solutions on how to fix these issues.
The Zipatiles are connected to internet, they just do not appear to be connected to Zipato servers. They stay "offline" no matter if I reboot them, reset them. Any ideas would be helpful.
No connection
Real-time notifications may not work
Same problem here since yesterday with a zipabox.
Could we have some information from zipato wether there are some issues of connection with servers?

Hello guys,
There are no server issues at a time, unfortunately yours and Adrians case are isolated and aren't related to each other.
We are working on both of these issues, and you already received appropriate responses.
Best regards,
Vedran

yes its definitely not server related. I fact I've hardly had a server related issue for over a year on many controllers. This side seems rock solid. It has been the connection between zipatile and server, zipatile problems.

Iscthis an older generation zipatile? I remeber having issues a while ago when installing an app that zipatile started to give up in different ways. For example i installed skype and zipatile had WiFi turning off.
Also had similar issues with TeamViewer and this is why I simply uninstalled.

I have a Zipabox. I have tried this morning to make a firmware upgrade. From that moment on, I have lost the connection with the cloud, and there is no way to restore it. What is going on with your system?

mine is still offline..........
mine is still offline..........
It is offline. The Hard Boot did not help. The ticket is still open. Frankly, I am not happy at all that for a firmware upgrade one has to go through all this, without knowing when the system will be functional again. It does not seem serious to me.
