Door sensors will not active the alarm

Need Answer

I have 4 door sensors in the system. The only device that activates an alarm is the motion sensor on the zip tile.

A few questions Frank;

1. Did you configure these sensors as perimeter or interior?

2. Did you armed home or away your security partition?

3. What is the armed state of the sensors? Opened, Closed, Any?

4. Did you configured an entry/exit delay?

a common mistake. dont worry. ALso remember there is a sync button on both side of the control center, one for rule editing and one for device and controller editing
