I actually have an open ticket for a FAH60 ElTako light sensor right now.
To get support added for a device you need to tell support the "Enocean equipment profile" of the device. Ideally this will be in the documentation but it's not always the case. Failing that, try this document:

The EEP will look something like this: A5-02-07
