Everspring AN158 keeps sending current_consumption and comulative_consumption even when it is turned off

My everspring AN158 always keep sending its power consumption.
i did turn those settings off in the configuration. but still it keeps sending. see attachment.
this also for a Fibaro FGRM-222. turned settings off. but still sending status.
The same problem 
No connection
Real-time notifications may not work
