Everspring HAC01 OnOff switch

Need Answer

I want to use a Everspring HAC01 to turn on or off my lights. First I removed the device. After removing successfully, I added the module. Zipato calls the device Everspring HAC01v2 and automatically set it up as OnOff switch. Does it make any sense to list this device as a switch? Isn't it a sensor? I can't use it in a rule to turn off a light when I use the HAC01.
