Evolution of thermostat

Hello all
As the thermostat is only a ON/OFF thermostat, is is not a very good solution to leave temperature stable. (around 1°C ) for example for 20°C, the OFF value will be 20.5 and the ON will be 19.5
I made a rule to do a better regulation with external temperature.
The regulation temperature was better.
Can zipato integrate this type of regulation on thermostat devices?
For information, the HTTP device is only present for test purpose.
The timer is every 10 mn.
The value 6 and 0.3 are the weight of respectively internal and external temperature influance in heating.
