Failed Rule Creator Sync

Hello I am not able sync my rules anymore.
The message is: Check your rules or get in contact with helpdesk.
I deleted my last rule and deactived the others, but still not able to sync?!
The other Zipato sync works totally fine.
I open already a ticket. Anybody else with same issue or any ideas what I can do?
