Solved

Hello

I ve plugged my new power module on AC without adapter.I ve plugged the electrical sensor in slot 1 . It indicate 220-230 V in Voltage. ok ok But others datas seems completeley wrong . ACTIVE POWER : zipa indicate 1.90 W APPARENT ENERGY just 0.06 KVAhAPPARANT POWER : 1.85 VAand CURRENT : 0.01 A ??I think this datas are completely wrong ( or divided by 1000) I tried to move sensor in differents points from electrical wires but results are same ( and sometimes i ve got negatif power (-0.9 W)I tried to desinstall and resinstall power module but no more resultswhat do you think about this observation ? where is the problem ?

Try to reserve the clamp and did you put it on 1 wire? (not + and -)

Thank you HeroS

yes its better now with clamp on 1 wire . Datas seems more coherent now .

Meanwhile Active power indicate -1600 W . Is it normal ?

thank you again

I have a zipabox 2 and a amper meter clamp conected to a power expansion module on channel one. The problem that I have is that the measures are innacurate, it even gives negative measures or equal to zero, like the devices were not working.

Could you please help me to resolve this issue?
