FGS221 Status not logged in event

Hi
I have 2 FGS 221 and I noticed that the status of the OnOffInput is not logged in the events when I switched manually one of the two button. Only one button is collecting the status of the input.
Why?
The same problem 
No connection
Real-time notifications may not work
