Hi at all!

Does anyone can manage streaming of Foscam FI9821W V2 from Zipato's web interface?

First problem: when I add device, the system recognize it, but I can't specify IP address, system choose one like http://10.0.0.1:88/, instead I need on a like http://1923.168.x.x:88. I also tried to add device chosing IP scan and inserted manually the IP, but even this not worked.

Second problem: seem there are more than one syntax form to rtsp command, in some iPhone app there is one, VLC player needs other one, etc. What's the correct RTSP command to use in Zipato web interface?

I tried to follow instruction in this video: https://community.zipato.com/knowledge-base/article/add-an-ip-camera but my Zipato Web interface is a little bit difference. Anyway I could not menage camera.

Any help will be appreciated.

Hey,

have the same camera.

The IP 10.0.... is correct. You have to add your username and password in the fields. AND the ftp data have copied in the ftp section of the CAMERA!

Attached you see my configuration, which works. Took a long time to get it :-)

for mjpeg: http://10.0.0.1:88:88/cgi-bin/CGIStream.cgi?cmd=GetMJStream

I tried to setup all setting like your (that I already have tried, excluded for mjpeg link that I had empty) but not worked.

Knowing the for you are correct I tried to change the only thing could be "not correct": password, now work properly!

Incredible...it isn't the first time that some characters are always allowed. I my first password there was percent symbol (allowed for Foscam system) that seem not allowed for Zipato web interface system.
