Fibaro Dimmer change parameters doesnt work
Solved
I have the Fibaro FGD-211 v1.9-v1.10 dimmer.
It is working with fluorescent lamps.
So I need to change 2 things:
Parameter No. 13 - Minimum Dimmer level control to 98%
And
Parameter no. 10 - Time of Automatic moving the Dimmer between the extreme dimming values. to 0I can do that, I save it. Sync the box and all is default again!?
The same problem 
No connection
Real-time notifications may not work
