Fibaro door window sensor +zipato

Fibaro door window sensor could not communicate with zipabox once the power turned off and returns on.

The door window sensor don't send more the stats "open" or "closed" as it was before power failure

What to do please?

Hello Hani,

Can you tell us exact device type?

Are you referring to power loss on Zipabox or sensor?

Have you tried re adding the sensor to Zipabox again and/or changing batteries on your sensor?

The battery is at good level of strengthness.

I'm not referring to any powerloss but i have problem withe Fibaro FGK-101 sensor he did not send the satuts of the sensor once i turns offline the box and then online.

How to do?

I was not able to reproduce your issue Fibaro Fgk-101 sensor. Let me mention that this devices has a memory bug. When device is no longer responding after battery replacement, it means it's memory has been lost along with Zipabox HomeID. Device no longer knows where to send state change and needs to be re included.

With Beta 8q I do have the same problems with FIBARO FGRM-222 and FGWPE/F-101. It does look like a Fibaro bug ?
