Fibaro FGMS-001 Motion Sensors with firmware 3.2 not working

Hi,
I have many working 2.4/2.6 versions of this device. I needed some more and the new ones have fw 3.2. They are detected in a totally new way by Zipato and not as a motion detector for instance.
Is this a known issue?
Any solution, or do I just shelf the units until the future when someone have sorted it out?
