Fibaro swipe cannot arm alarm partition

I have made two rules which should allow my fibaro swipe to arm and disarm my alarm partition. Problem is that while the alarm can be disarmed by the swipe, it cannot be armed.

There are no errors with any of the alarm devices, they are all set to "Ready".

Please assist.

I don't think this is a problem with the Swipe, you are actually triggering the ARM function from the swipe, my guess is that you haven't checked the "quick arm" option on your alarm settings.
