Fibaro wall plug - notification when power failure

I have installed a Fibaro Power Plug and would like to create a rule to get notified when there is a power failure. Any suggestions on how to implement this?

it will give you a alarm if the unit is offline / power failure

It will indeed mark in my.zipato that the device is offline. However, I want to be notified about it through a rule. Any idea to implement this?

There seems to be a problem with the latest Fibaro Wall plug version fgwpe/f-102. The device descriptors seem not to be correct.
