fibaro Wall plug reports erroneous state changes

Hi,
I have 2 Fibaro Wall plugs in my home.
One works nice and I control it to switch on/off my aquarium.
The second one is used on my TV plug only for measuring current consumption. It is not controlled by any rules and I never switch it on/off manually. Nevertheless, It constantly reports state switches, as you can see in the picture attached.
Is it a know issue on fibaro wall plug?
May it be interferences with the TV plugged on?
