Firmware LOAD does not complete. What to do?

Hey folks,
What you suggest I do when the FIRMWARE LOAD from GUI does not complete and I see unit flashing (white/light blue)? (its been like 20minutes)
How do I get out of this or rescue the issue without causing much damage to zipabox?
I am trying to go from last beta to official release.

I have the same problem.
It's about 10-12 hours that white led is flashing.
I'm waiting zipato support to know if I can turn off the zipabox or not.
