Firmware Upgrade and login to open ticket

I'm trying to upgrade my zipatile to to 1.3.13 but it keeps failing to upgrade.
Now i'm trying to open a ticket to zipato and it always says invalid user name or password, i reseted the password and it keeps saing invalid.
any ideas?
