Foscam C1 Problems

Hi,
im using a foscam C1 which is working inside Zipato RTSP, MJPEG and Snapshot URL (which is the same as the MJPEG Url).
But the problem is that the preview picture is sometimes 1-3 days old, and also when i hit "Make Snapshot" the snapshot isnt saved to zipato (sometimes a little bit later it shows up but mostly there is nothing).
Also when i make a rule that zipato should send an snapshot on alarm, the snapshot is not from the actual time (its the last that i see under snapshots (in the smartphone app)).
MJPEG/RTSP streams are working and when i click on "snapshot image" i see the actual snapshot (time/date is in the picture from the cam)
Maybe someone got an idea?

There are several sub-questions in your post so let us go through them in order you asked.
During detection on our system we are considering your Foscam C1 cameras to have two levels of h.264 stream and snapshot option without MJPEG because that is their factory default. Foscam C1 cameras can not have MJPEG and two h.264 streams at the same time according to their support page. That is why there is same url for your MJPEG stream like it is for snapshot.

Older C1 can not have MJPEG at all again according to their support because "What was said by the foscam tech support team is that it does not support the MJPEG stream due to the chipset that is used for the camera.".
Preview pictures we use are alarm pictures so that when you open application first thing you see is image that created the alarm, did you try to use the rule to capture picture before you mail it?
While creating rules if you want to trigger snapshot function then just follow these 3 steps:
All snapshots are stored on Zipato FTP servers and you can do with them multiple things. For example one of the things you can do with the image uploaded on FTP server is send it to mail:
This command will send last image stored on FTP server. If you repeat this puzzle 4 times then you will get last 4 images from FTP server. This information should get you started and if you see how we can improve or add something, let us know.

But what are the buttons under the camera are for (or the thumbnail delay option under "Edit") ?
"Refresh"? *)
"Take Snapshot" is working and showing me an actual snapshot from the cam
"Open Stream" is also working
But in the App when i hit "make snapshot" this isnt working (or just say sometimes)
*) Ok found out that i have to close and reopen the app / also this is working with the webpage (normal behaviour?)

Hi, after updating to last version x.8 the refresh and a refresh in the app is working for the preview picture.
But for the snapshot archive, i have to restart app/reload the webpage to show the new snapshots.

For snapshot archives, we are allowing FTP to work its magic between your cameras and server so timeouts are maybe longer. But you bypassed that by restarting app/browser and that gave you good results because you have excellent up-link. We are considering reduction of timeouts and make it more dynamic considering ADSL up-links have good throughput.
"Thumbnail delay" is something that was used for older cameras but changing it won't affect your case.
"Refresh" syncs some camera related changes between camera itself and Zipabox. It will be removed.

thx for the explanation, but i got another problem, after updating to the newest version all streams are not working.
Snapshot is working on the phone, and gets loaded on the webpage (after refresh) and on phone.
But:
1) Snapshot on webpage stays empty
2) Streams are not working anymore on webpage and phone
Tried yesterday:
After the Update the cam is found by the autodiscover, but gets configured with the adress of my router? (maybe because the http port is configured to 88 instead of 80 (but thats default on that cam))
