FW upgrade and issues

Hi,
I was using FW .8o for a while, and this worked great. I tried adding the iTach flex, but this didn't work, so thought maybe a newer FW will fix this issue. I upgraded to FW .8q, this didn't fix the iTach issue, but it did break my Livolo switches.
So I tried to go back, and choose previous FW, but this installed .8, seems I can no longer upgrade to a later FW as the box just stays in the upgrade mode and never finishes......... :(
Would appreciate if I could be put back on .8o

Livolo should work on the beta 8q. Please rejoin the problematic switches and test them again, if the problem persists please open a Ticket at support.zipato.com with a short description of the problem.

Last Wednesday, I opened a ticket for my iTach Flex, but till now I only got the automated receipt confirmation............ is it busy or should I not been using this ticket system?
