Google Brillo - zipato cloud replacement?

Is the recently announced (live by late this year, apparently) Google Brillo project a great addition or a threat to Zipato's cloud based business model? Discuss.....

Might be both, i hope it will be a additional protocol that could be used with zipato
With a open approach to other devices, integration to other platforms zipato have a good change of growing and keep existing after the giants have taken there part of the Pie.
If zipato could steel dedicated and visonary users from exmple Vera that would most likely end up with more apps and programs are build to integrate with zipatos API.
Brillo could ofcourse be one of the integrations in the future. Question is who will be the front and who will be in the back end
