Hard Reset Help !

I need some serious help here !!! I am right now on beta firmware 8k ( Support upgraded me because I couldn't do it through the web interface ) Now I need to go back to the original firmware. But ! the Button 2 method to hard reset does not seem to work, on this beta firmware. The web interface and API isn't working for me too, don't ask me way. I need to go back urgently. Can anybody help here ! Are there any other hidden solutions, backdoors for me ? The support is obviously not reachable over the weekend :(

Do you have a ticket open with emergency? Normally they help also in weekends.

Try this:


Did you try a different browser?

Clear your browser cache

Are the lights green on the box?

Uplug the power wait a few minutes then put the power back on. And try again.

I see that the problem was resolved on our support pages. As my colleague explained the problem was with your firewall settings.

Hi Hrvoje,

yes it is resolved Huraa...! But as I stated before the Firewall was OFF and I tried a connection with the attached 3G Modem too, it didn't work !!! Just to be correct :)

PS: Is the any Hotline we can use over weekends, this was a killer for me :(
