HELP !! Don't work anything

Good morning, I have a huge problem. At this moment is impossible do action on my device. If I try to switch on (or off) my device the switch turn on (or off) for few second and come back to off.
Is impossible to remove or add device.
I try to reboot many times, turn off supply voltage, but the result is ever the same.
What happen ? Please help me I'm freeze.
