Home Screen icons and widgets disappears (Launcher3???)

First, I wanna mention that I open a ticket to Zipato few minutes ago about this issue.

Anyway just in case someone in the community faced this issue and knows how to solve it I decided to post it in the forum in parallel.

When I touch the screen to turn it on I noticed that many home screen widgets were exchanged by an square with a message similar to 'Unable to load widget' (error strings were truncated so I'm not sure if it's exactly the sentence).I confirmed at this time that both home screens are in the same condition (I'm using an addition one to add control to some devices) and also the direct links to Zipato apps.I supposed about some APP crash and I restarted the Zipatile.After boot both icons, widgets and even error squares messages disappears. Also the Analog clock of the 1st screen are not there now.I tried to add again widgets but Zipato ones are not there now (just one for weather).As a second step I deleted Launcher3 data an cache.I started again the app, asked my about the default mode (Launcher or Zipato app), I select Launcher, but nothing change.I restarted again.. and nothing.Next step, I tried to uninstall the Launcher3 since I think it's available in the Repo App.I went to Repo App and when I click for uninstallation the Repo App crash.So... I loose the fast links and the widgets. The custom widgets in the second screen one are until now the main interface for my family with home... So I really need to recover this tool.My Zipatile is up to date and also I can asure we did not touch any thing in the Zipatile, like configs or something before the issue.

I will post here the solution in case they can support me.
