House including domotica sold

Dear reader,
I've sold my house including the Zipato domotica. How can I handover the Zipabox in a proper way? I want to remove my personal settings and insert the settings of the new owner. I don't want to install all the modules again and the rule need to be unchanged :-)
What should I do? Is there a easy way to handover the Zipabox?
