How do i save new rules?

I dont see a save button (bottom part of the blocks) as found in the Zipato Rule creator video.
Please advise. Thanks =)

When you create a rule you always need to start with a WHEN.
You find it in the BLOCKs section in rule creator.
This example is in swedish (NÄR)
