How solve the induction problem in the installation?

Hello everyone.

I have some problems with pan04 and pan08, (the lights go on and off alone, and the blinds not respond) support team told me that the problem can be produced by induction in the installation because of all the LEDs light up my installation.

Does anyone know how to reduce / eliminate this induction?

Thanks

Can you explain your system better with pictures?

I bet if you switch your led lights to regular light bulbs you don't have the problem.

had the same problem. when switch is off, there is still some voltage on the fase. this is enough to let the module think it is still on. they call it leak current or phantom load.

add a capacitor to the N line. make sure it is a AC capacitor of at least 250V.

I can make a picture of the one I used. but I'm not at home.

Where are you inserting the capacitor? between N line and earth?

Hi Jacob / Gratje.

All my installation is new, all devices are installed in universal boxes, for electricity,

I don't know if I switch to regular light the problem exist or not, all is installed with leds. It is true, that i have some downlights when is dark, i can see a few light inside, maybe there is a little voltage in the wire.

Can you publish the picture with the capacitor to try it?

Thanks

I think you shoul put it between fase and neutral!

Could you write a full solution how to fix that problem?

Thank you

You will find it is most likely due to not enough voltage, the dimmer modules especially have this issue and this is why you need to use a dimmer bypass for circuits under 20W. From what I can gather it is because their is not enough resistance on the circuit. Not sure about the blinds though. They are operating at 240V aren't they? they are not 24v motors.
