How to change the AC FAN with Zipato IR Extender?

Hi,

I'm able to control the heating/cooling/auto and set the temperature on the AC.

however it always start on a very low FAN setting.

even though the FAN appears on the devices I'm unable to set any value on it.

How can I control it?
