How to get a push notification if i can`t arm my system by mini keypad

When i want to start my alarmpartition with the mini keypad and one of the windows is open i can`t do that.
Most times i don`t know which window is open ;-( and i start my walk around .
In moment I use a virtual switch to get a state of my windows by push notification.
It would be most comfortably if i get a automatically push notification in the case of failed attempt.
But there is no option in the rule creator (or i can't find it) and i have no idea to get it work.

I dont have an RFID
keypad so this is just an idea. Maybe you can make a rule like;
When "RFID key
pad" Any
IF “HomeAlarmSystem” is “Disarmed” Then
Action
Push Notification (“Home Alarm System is Disarmed”)
IF “HomeAlarmSystem” is “Armed” Then
Action Push Notification (“Home Alarm System
is Armed”)
