HTTP API for Rules

It would be nice to have HTTP API for handle rules. It would allow to develop standalone (windows/linux/mac) applications for handle rules without internet access. I think this could be very useful and Zipabox could be use fully without cloud service. Many potential buyer of the device may leave the device to buy, only because they doesn't want internet access in the mandatory to handle zipabox !
Of course there is nasty side effect - how to synchronize rules if user want to use standalone rule generator as well as cloud service. But I think that this is not so hard to do.
