Humidity and Temperature Sensors

Hi there
I received my new zipatile a few hours ago... One thing I noticed is that the Humidity device constantly reports 99.9% humidity, and the Temperature one reports around 7000 (yes, seven thousand degrees)...
Other devices (e.g, noise level and luminance level) seem to be showing right levels)...
Could I have a faulty unit, or could I be missing something in how to configure/use these sensors?

Yes indeed you might have a bad Tile, open a ticket on https://support.zipato.com/ and include your serial number, please don't post the same question many times, I assume you did this on error, I have seen this happen before.
