I can't add and save the changed order of devices in the favorite bar

I can't add new devices to my favorite bar nor can I change the order of the current devices I have added a couple of years ago.

Can you please explain how the process looks when you "moderate" new topics in this community?
When I registered this topic I categorized it as "Problem", now 30 minutes later it's changed to "Known". What does it mean "Known", is it that you know about the problem and are working on a solution?
