I can't see virtual device
Known
I added chacon CAYCT-814 remote control successfully. I also program rules. However, since a few days the box became unstable so I uninstall 2 remotes chacon CAYCT-814. The problem the uninstallation is not complete because I can use the remote and control a lamp through a figaro FGS211 module. I would like to completely remove and then add 2 remotes.
NB: the firmware is up to date
