I have bought Nexa NEYC-3 but I can't toggle it. It says [No Endpoints]

I am running the beta version 0.9.999.8m and I can add the device but I can't control it.
In the official release I can't even add the device.
What shall I do?

Oh, sorry you already upgraded. Hm... then I recommend you to reset the Nexa device following the reset procedure and try to re-include it again. Probably the plug didn't receive the command sent to it from the zipabox

I made a total reset of the unit so that it had "no master".
During the marriage phase it clicks on,off,on,off and finally on again and it says that everything went ok.
But when I try to to change the state in a scene the icon toggles between on and off but noting happens on the device.
If I try to marry it to the Nexa remote it works perfect.

Strange.... I hope the Nexa is not to far from the zipabox when you try to switch it on and off. Are you sure you are clicking the right icon? Can you try to go to device manager -> settings (on endpoint or cluster level, depends where "show icon" is selected), deselect "show icon", save, then select it again, save, sync and refresh the browser. Can you switch it off/on after that?
