Hello support, I have Zipabox since 4 years; now I need to add a new device, but I'm facing a strange behavior...following my steps:
1. I log in into Zipato Control Center Dashboard
2. I go to the “Device manager” and I press on “Add new device” button
3. In "Add new device wizard" I select network protocol Z-Wave
At this point step2 starts showing for a couple of seconds "Starting device exclusion process", than instead of show "Set your device in the exclusion mode" and wait, the window shows "Exclusion failed".
