Hi Jorgen, Zipato could help me. The Problem was .that I bought a Sonos One Gen2 (S18) and Zipato only supports Sonos One Gen1 (S13) yet, but Zipato add this new Generation very fast and it works now.

Can you make Screenshots or a Video from your including Process?

Hello

I have tried to include in several ways.

set Sonos Beam in discovery mode, then start zipato sonos inclusion, but zipato does not find anything.

set zipato in inclusion mode, then set sonos in discovery mode, but zipato does not find anything.

i have checked that zipabox and Sonos are in same network.

But still no success to include Sonos.

can you explain how you did when you included your sonos Beam ?

Hi Jorgen

You've already described the right path. Please try to restart the zipabox and the Beam and then try it again.
