Inserting Variables/Sensor States on Push/Email Notifications

Hi all,

I know some features will be paid in the future and some we would keep free if our boxes were registered before 1.0 release. In order to include variables and or sensor states in push/email notifications do I need to pay extra? right now I can use the advanced programming blocks but every time I try to include a variable in a push notification it takes me to the "buy all inclusive option" for 99 credits. Is this what I have to buy? Don't you think the price is a too expensive if I'm interested on this feature only??

Hello Alberto,

Upgrade to Pro replaces the previous Store which was used to buy advance features and packages. All customers who registered their product before firmware version 1.0 will have all the services which they had so far for free. They will not have to upgrade to the Pro to continue to use all the functionalities which they already have. After we release the firmware update 1.0 they will receive updates and bug fixes, while firmware upgrades which will be necessary to support new protocols and features will not be available after their PRO service expires.

Upgrade to Pro is new way of provisioning where in comparison to the old store, customers will be able to buy the Pro upgrade where, for one year, they will receive all the future updates, features and services which we will release. After one year is over, all the services which they got they will have forever. in that year, they also get premium support and maintenance for free.

Zipato decided to offer one time fee for all the functionalists instead to do sell service by service, which is in the end cheaper for the end user.

Thanks for your answer but I think now I'm more confused. I got my zipabox registered already, my question is, do I have to pay in order to insert variables or sensor statuses at this moment or I'm supposed to have this functionality available, and if I do, which package do I have to pay. At this moment I only care about this specific functionality....

Even if you have that option, it does not work. I have tryed several times to send snapshots from my camera with mail when the alarm is triggered, NADA.

You can go to "Upgrade to Pro" and follow instructions to go Pro and buy "all inclusive option" for 99 credits" Feature of "Inserting Variables/Sensor States on Push/Email Notifications" is now a part of Pro package and is not sold individually.

Ok so at least now I know I have to pay 99 dollars just to insert statuses in my notifications, which by the way, don't work anyways... Way to go Zipato, I really think you guys have a system with a LOT of potential but unless your system becomes stable, delivers what advertised, and your business model gets more flexible I think you are going to kill it...
