INTERFACE IS EVERYTHING

All the things that should change for me as a beginner user:

I bought ZIPABOX DUO 1/4 2015

The first thing that I think have to be tweaked a little is some things with the interface-page for the ZIPABOX. (my.zipato.com)

The second most important thing is that Zipabox always works (the lights should come on if you put them on)

You should not have to search the net of how you should configure for example a NEXA Wall-plug that have one name in reality and another in ZIPABOX, you should not even have to know the name of the unit. In Tellstick software and app you searche and you press the connect button, on the unit you want to connect, and it finds it. The only thing you have to know is if it is NEXA and if it is self learning.

  1. The 2 side bars should be default shown(my.zipato.com)
  2. To hide side bars, roll over text or icon (not clear that zipato text hide them, show them make them stay
  3. Eyes are drawn to part where it is brighter! What is the first thing you want to do as a consumer of ZIPABOX. Probably "AD A DIVICE”
  4. What is the easiest way of adding a divice? maybe a scanner sequins/ program. You start with pushing "SCAN FOR DIVICE” You go in to a room start scanning, you push a wall-pluggs connect button and within 2 seconds ZIPABOX find it and ask you what kind of divise it is.(dimmer, on off switch/plug, temp sensor, motion sensor, of course you should be able to change it afterwards)
  5. When creating a scene the value of the included dimmer units dose not save (for me)
  6. When changing color of the ICON in the "SCENE" creator the color does not change in the APP.
  7. When adding scene, the scene dose not automatically show upp in the IOS APP (it is not clear if you have to restart the app or just go out to the main window before the new scene show upp)

I will continu to ad things that I and other people think should change. But the main thing is that it makes things easier. ”keep it simple stupide” ;-)
