Invalid Username or Password

Solved

Since yesterday when I try to login to support.zipato.com I get I"Invalid Username or Password" but my login credentials are correct for sure.


Is anyone else experiencing this problem?

Have the same problem.


Can't login to community.zipato and not able to login to send a ticket????

Logged in via Google+ account but still not able to login to send a ticket.

Of course login to my zipato is impossible to

Our team has resolved this issue and system is now working properly.

It now works on - one- of my accounts but not the other.

Tried resetting the password, but it still claims I have wrong username/password (trying to log in to see my tickets)


Edit: I now get "We encountered a problem (cross-site request forgery detected); please try again"

I can login but cannot submit new tickets. Also on web interfase (control center) all my rules are not visible (see attached) I'm not freaking out because I can get all the rules from API so I know they haven't been deleted from my zipabox... Please fix this ASAP!!!


PS.- I have tried to refresh many times and logged out/in.

i have a problem with my zipabox i did forgot my password and i want to use a new account but every time i write the serial number i have "it was recorded" how can i change the ex account ! ?

Login to ticketing and community systems seems to be resolved, however there seems to be a problem with main system - updates are slow, sync and firmware upgrade failing
