IP Cam not Working on IOS app

Hello,
My IP Cam does not work on th IOS App.
On the computer, i can see the "live flow" (LAN and Extern), but on th App, the preview of the cam stays black, and tells "app could not connect to the streaming server" (does not work from the LAN and Extern).
Does someone hav an idea where the proble can come from ?
