IP Camera in iphone or to the FTP server via dlink camera interface

I can´t see the camera in Zipato app in Iphone/Ipad. I only got a massage that it´s not possible to connect to server".
I can`t connect to the FTP server via the IP Cameras setting page (Dlink).
I have copy Username and Password from the camera in Zipato.
What can I have done wrong?
