Is it possible to know, in the rule creator, who armed/disarmed the alarm.
My goal is to send a message "XXXX has armed the alarm"

That option is currently unavailable, but there is possibility to tracking arming/disarming partition based on a time stamp.
If you are interested, please follow step by step instructions:
Adding imaginary security partition:
a)Add device->Virtual devices->Virtual Alarm->Enter the name of that security partition.
b)On tab General->Check "Always Armed".
c)On tab Users for every particular user set up arm/disarm device and adjust Arm away(choose there slot + AWAY) and Disarm (choose there slot + HOME).
d)Synchronize and reload the dashboard.
Monitoring
a)Device browser->Security->Choose imaginary partition
b)Click on Events
