Issues after cloud problems?

Hi,
I needed to disable some rules because i needed to re-add my RFID reader to the Zipabox and recreate my Alarm zone's.
It seems i am not able to save my rules anymore. Disabling some and synchronizing does not work, also changes to rules are not saved.
What i also see is that i have 1 offline device and that is IP BACKUP.
Any idea????
