No control KNX Blinds

I have a problem with my blinds. I have entered this information:
If I use the physical knx buttons, it works.
I have also checked the BAOS if it is well connected.
If I now send the shutter with the app then nothing happens, but also if I send him through the switch I also don't get feedback.
Conclusion, I can not control the shutters through the app, does anyone have a solution to this problem?
