KNX module: limited and buggy support for blind in rules creator

Hi,
In rules creator "startchangedown" doesn't work correctly it do the same as "startchangeup". It miss also slats options (increase/decrease doesn't do the job).
The same problem 
No connection
Real-time notifications may not work
