Lutron Caséta
Under Consideration
Are there any plans to integrate or work with Lutrons Caséta Wireless devices like their dimmers and light switches?

I would also love to see this product line supported. I have 4 serena shades and 35 or so pico remotes, dimmers, and on/off switches that all speak clear connect. I have used them with both the wink and staples hubs but I am not satisfied with either.

I agree. How come Zipato has not made this a priority? In the USA/Canada market Lutron is really popular. I am not sure about Europe but it is here. I feel that Zipato really needs to have Lutron integration to be taken seriously in the North American market especially for Pro installers.
Even the CE Pro article at the bottom says this and that was from 2015.
"Zipato also needs to get going with some key integration drivers (at least for the U.S.), including Lutron lighting and shades (via IP or RS-232, not just 433 MHz), Interlogix security and Wemo gadgets."

Can someone from Zipato please comment with feedback?
Thx.

Lutron Caseta has a closed protocol, so maybe Zipato has difficulty forging an integration partnership with Lutron.
But RadioRA2 and Homeworks QS have an open protocol. There is no excuse for not providing an option for those.
Perhaps the business model for Zipato is not to become a leading multi-protocol hub with most integration options, but rather just bait&lock-in users into a closed ecosystem with hardly any options.

I second your comment about bait and lock. If they are having a hard time keeping up with development just say so and be honest about it.
They have great idea just poor execution. IP camera integration is a big miss as well. For a security platform it's weak today.
If there is no community to help with testing and development it will go nowhere fast
