I like to know if it should be possible to arm and disarm a alarm on the Zipatile display with the pin code of a member?
Yes it is possible to arm and disarm the alarm in my.zipato.com at this members personal account. Also a personal keyfob is allowing this person to arm and disarm the alarm. But when the user is trying to arm and disarm the alarm at the Zipatile display, only the master pin is allowed to arm and disarm the alarm.

Perfectly normal. Imagine the front end you use is just another instance of the application that is logged in under the master user. Try to log in under secondary user and you can unlock using his pin only.
So best bet is to let know the member user of your pin.
