Message 'Setup is not complete'

Dear support,
After a support ticket (21136-10-18) a while ago, Zipato support installed the lastest beta firmware on my Zipatile. After a while the device showed a red bar with the message 'Setup is not complete'. After a reboot the message disapears but comes back after a certain time.
Is there a way to fix this?
